The wrestling program started in 2018 for kids in the West High feeder schools in grades 3 - 8. Wrestling teaches our children how to work hard, be humble, have patience, confidence, discipline and enhances agility. Wrestling, unlike most sports, is a one-on-one contest where how well you do is largely dependent on how hard you work. Experience and personal skills learned while wrestling can carry with you through your whole life.
